Rare..(s) There is only 1 rare and a really weird amount of attempts. Just do them.
This would make the themed rare incubator this week give you 100% what you want. For those of you working on uniques. Say goodbye to your pile of Stygimoloch and hello to your new Tuoromoloch.
EPIC. I'm ready to have a heart attack. Having even a chance at these is more than enough to be a great week but we have 18 attempts... it is not April Fools. Check again, it is not.
This many attempts is enough to get you from 0 to level 20 and beyond for sure.

Golden chicken is too hard to find and all your fuses will be 10. Skip all that. Get this.
While some people want to split the attempts into Golden Chicken and Tryokosaur I think you can easily make Trykosaur from the epic days.

Ankylosaurus - Great for making Trykosaurus. It does not make the other thing. You should never make the other thing. Ankylosaurus is very rare now appearing only in parks. If you have an abundance of Trex, get this.
Edit: These are now in the daily incubators. However they will not last there for long or ever be enough to fuse with. It does tip the scales though on saying you should get more Kentrosaur.
Erlikosaurus - Golden Chicken - Get 100 % of this one. This is your only chance to dream of this moment ever again. Even if you can score the unique later this week you should still get more of these to power that thing up. Everyone is going to suddenly have them (the unique) and you do not want to lose speed ties.
Kentrosaurus - This thing is quite rare. You need it to make Tykosaurus. I do not recommend going all out on it as the partner Ankylosaurs is equally or more rare . There is no point to tipping the scale on one side if the other is going to take a long time to acquire too. Do it evenly.
Edit: You're going to need some Kentrosaur now with the free Anky DNA we are getting. Just don't over do it unless you are trying to make Tryko out of the epics and not through the unique darts.

Sinosaur oooh it is not a saur . . Ceratops. - Don't get these . We are already getting plenty of these in the alliance missions and have been getting these in featured creatures for a while now in a row. These will clearly come free as well in the other epic incubators. We just got Utahsino attempts for you nasties going that route instead of the glorious Thor. You should already have plenty Sino.
Trex - Don't . There is nothing wrong with free Trex if that is what you get in the incubators but Trex is free now in the daily missions and as a global epic spawn it is not hard to find.
Scratch that. Trex was just removed from the daily challenges. Get some of these but not too many because they are still easy to find.

5 attempts. Focusing on just one should unlock these for everyone if they have atleast 50 DNA on each try. That is what I will assume a low level player can manage. A higher level player needs no advice really.

Indoraptor. This thing is so powerful. It is very easy to get on your own. Take this if it is your favorite dino and you want to make it level 30 even faster. You are the Indoraptor weeb and there is no way you don't intend to make this level 30.
This is extremely hard to make. Even with all the free Trex we are getting recently, no you still need EPIC park spawns and zone specific , day time specific Ketrosaurus.
This one and golden chicken's epics are the two top choices to go for. When you have Trykosaurus you will not need any other tanks on your team. This thing is not as weak as a tank. Instant distraction and all that kind of trickery when used well is going to frustrate all opponents.
Thor. Just make this from the commons and alliance missions. Thor is really good but too easy to make. You really do not have to over level this as the critical hits destroy everything.
Thor is just here to make the epic strike for the week extremely difficult for us.
No. Oh it is called Diorajasaurus. Cheap imitation of Trykosaurus. Don't . This one is for collectors of everything in the dinodex and what you make with the spare DNA that builds up. Thats why it looks frankenstiend from several different things.

This beast is so fast . It has Immune. It has CLOAK!
The #1 dino in the game. ..er. apex tier whatever this thing is really good and so over designed with good abilities for your pure profit.

What to request this week!!!
Gallimimus is in the spotlight this week but the hybrids are too hard to make and not worth it.
If you like to be strategic and think you can master the Stygidaryx, take the sneaky approach and fuse the opposite route on all the Darwin we are getting.

Once more going against the Gallimimus fusion. Use the Mono DNA on the Triceratops line instead!
This is guaranteed in all the themed rare incubators. Everyone is going to have some to spare. Take it from them! Haha . To a lesser extent, ask for Parasaur to speed up your Tuoromoloch. We had that thing given to us at Christmas. A lot of you are close to making it. Tuojiangosaur is kind of hard to trade for in the alliance. Now is your chance.
Utah + Sino. If you want to go that route. This past weekend we just had the chance to dart the whole line of this. So push yours farther and make it level 20 and wait for the dracorex week some day.
Finally for the noobs. Ask for Sarcosuchus! Alliance missions have given you so much Eniasuchus DNA. It is time to make the hybrid! This thing used to be useless but now it can effectively trap and kill all the dracorex. Make this your secret weapon. Don't rely on critical hits from Spinotasuchus to kill dracorex and have it fail. Just keep using pinning strike with this thing and laugh as they would also have given you enough time to set up Greater Stunning Impact for whatever comes out next.
Thor is a hot dino and one you can easily over level this week. There is a strong chance people will be willing to give you tarbosaurus or even be extra generous with velociraptor this week. Don't be afraid to try asking for things that usually don't get you a lot of DNA. Some people might be out of Trex and have no use for their raptor right now.
